Start the periodic data deletion from October 2019.

Dear user,
Thank you for using Multi-wavelength Data Analysis System (MDAS).
The usage rate of working disk space in MDAS is increasing at present,
and the preparation of data deletion tools will be completed.
Therefore, we will start the periodic data deletion from
the maintenance of October 2019.
We will operate the following policy of the periodic data deletion.
NOTE: The policy is different from previous ADC analysis system !!!
- Deletion target partitions: Partitions of usage rate over 90%
- Partitions of the usage rate under 90% are not executed the data deletion.
- The partitions of the usage rate over 90% are /lfs03 and /lfs11 as of June 2019.
- Deletion target data: Files of 12 months passed on "ctime"
- This is the same both /lfs[01-16] and /wk[m,h*].
- Decision of target partitions: 2 weeks before executing the deletion
- We will announcement the state of disk usage before 1 month and 2 weeks of the maintenance.
- The final decision of delete target data (files) is at the start of the maintenance.
- Date of executing the deletion: Periodic maintenance (from October 2019).
We will inform the details of the periodic data deletion late August 2019.
We will operate the above data deletion policy hereafter.
Please do your data organization and/or backup work regularly, and
use low usage rate partitions after confirming the following webpage.

多波長データ解析システム ユーザの皆様
日頃のご利用ありがとうございます。
多波長データ解析システムの作業用ディスク領域の使用率が上昇しており
また、定期データ削除のツール等の準備が整ってきましたので、
次々回「2019年10月度」の定期メンテナンスから、定期データ削除を
開始したいと考えています。
なお、今後は以下の定期データ削除ルールの運用を予定しております。
！！！前システムの削除ルールとは異なりますので、ご注意ください！！！
・削除対象ディスク領域：使用率が90％以上の領域(/lfs[01-16],/wk[m,h]*)
※使用率 90%未満の領域はデータ削除を行いません。
※現時点で使用率が 90%を超えている領域は /lfs03 と /lfs11 領域です
・削除対象データ : ctimeで12ヶ月以上経過したファイル
※NFS領域(/lfs*)・ローカル領域(/wk*) 共通
・削除対象領域の確定 ：削除実行の2週間前
※メンテの1か月前・2週間前に使用状況をアナウンスいたします。
※最終的な削除ファイルの確定は、定期メンテナンス開始時になります。
・削除実行の日時 ：定期メンテナンス時（2019年10月度から）
詳細は、8月下旬頃に改めてご連絡いたします。
今後は、上記のような方針に基づいてデータ削除を行いますので、
定期的なデータ整理・バックアップ作業等をお願いいたします。
また、ディスク使用状況をご確認の上、使用率の低い領域の利用も
ご検討頂ければと思います。
