Year ends and New Year holidays operation

Dear users,
[Year ends and New Year holidays]
Please understand that operators do not deal with any trouble of
year ends and New Year holidays.
December 29 (Fri), 2017 -- Jan 3 (Wed), 2018
- Servers, workstations, open-use PCs and plotters are available during
the period.
- The operator stationed, phone support and ADC open-use help desk
are until Dec 27(Wed) in year ends.
- The operators may not be able to respond any requests at Dec 28(Thu)
sufficiently.
[Maintenance]
A maintenance notice as of January, 2018.
January 9, 2018 (Tue) 9:00 -- 21:00
- Please note that the maintenance of Jan is "2nd Tuesday".
ADC analysis system is unavailable for the periodic maintenance.
A part of the open-use PCs and plotters are available during the
maintenance.
- We will inform later the details of the maintenance of Jan.
[Cleaning of Open-use rooms]
Open-use rooms will be house-cleaning on Dec 28(Thu).
Workstations, open-use PCs and plotters are available
during the cleaning.

[年末年始の運用について]
下記の期間、多波長データ解析システムおよび、共同利用機器類
（共同利用PC, プリンターなど）は休日対応といたします。
年末年始期間：2017年12月29日(金) 〜 2017年1月3日(水)
上記期間中もシステム運用はいたしますが、トラブル対応は出来かねますので、
ご了承下さい。
なお本年のオペレータ常駐、電話対応、ADC共同利用運用開発室
（ヘルプデスク）の対応は、2017年12月27日(水)までとさせて頂きます。
12月28日(木)につきましては、他の年末業務のため、十分に対応できない
可能性がありますので、ご了承ください。
[1月度 定期メンテナンス]
年明けの定期メンテナンスは以下の日時で予定しております。
日時：2018年1月9日(火) 9:00 -- 21:00
※「第2火曜日」です。日時にご注意ください。
解析システム（解析サーバ、端末WS等）は上記の時間帯、利用不可です。
なお、共同利用PC と大判プリンタの一部はメンテナンス中も利用可能です。
※メンテの詳細については別途連絡いたします。
[共同利用室の年末大掃除について]
2017年12月28日(木)に、管理する共同利用室の年末大掃除を行う予定です。
大掃除時は室内が慌ただしくなると思いますが、共同利用PC・プリンタ等は、
通常通り利用できます。
ご理解ご協力をよろしくお願いします。
