Year ends and New Year holidays operation

Dear users,
[Year ends and New Year holidays]
Please understand that operators do not deal with any trouble of
year ends and New Year holidays.
Dec 29 (Tue), 2015 -- Jan 3 (Sun), 2016
- Servers, workstations, open-use PCs and plotters are available during
the period.
- The operators will be stationed until Dec 25 (Fri) in year ends.
- The operators may not be able to respond any requests at Dec 28 (Mon)
sufficiently.
[Maintenance]
A maintenance notice as of January, 2016.
January 4, 2016 (Mon) 9:00 -- 21:00
ADC analysis system is unavailable for the periodic maintenance.
A part of the open-use PCs and plotters are available during the
maintenance.
（Cleaning）
Open-use rooms will be house-cleaning.
- South open-use rooms: Dec 21 (Mon) 13:00--14:00
- Subaru open-use room: Dec 24 (Thu) 13:00--14:00
- ALMA open-use room : Dec 24 (Thu) 14:00--15:00
Workstations, open-use PCs and plotters are available during
the cleaning.

[年末年始の運用について]
下記の期間、多波長データ解析システムおよび、共同利用機器類
（共同利用PC, プリンターなど）は休日対応といたします。
年末年始期間：2015年12月29日(火) 〜 2016年1月3日(日)
上記期間中もシステム運用はいたしますが、トラブル対応は出来かねますので、
ご了承下さい。
なおオペレータの常駐は、2015年12月25日(金)までとさせて頂きます。
また 2015年12月28日(月)につきましても、十分に対応できない可能性が
ありますので、ご了承ください。
[1月度 定期メンテナンス]
年明けの定期メンテナンスは以下の日時で予定しております。
日時：2016年1月4日(月) 9:00 -- 21:00
解析システム（解析サーバ、端末WS等）は上記の時間帯、利用不可です。
なお、共同利用PC と大判プリンタの一部はメンテナンス中も利用可能です。
（共同利用室 清掃について）
下記の日時に、各共同利用室の年末大掃除を行います。
・南棟共同利用室 12/21(月) 13時〜14時
・すばる棟共同利用室 12/24(木) 13時〜14時
・ALMA棟共同利用室 12/24(木) 14時〜15時
室内が慌ただしくなるかと思いますが、
共同利用PC・プリンタ等は、通常通りご利用できます。
