多波長データ解析システム(MDAS)ユーザのみなさま、
2024年4月の定期メンテナンス実施についてお知らせいたします。
作業中はシステムがご利用頂けませんのでご注意下さい。
[システムメンテナンス]
日時：2024年4月15日(月) 9:00 -- 21:00 (日本時間)
[定期データ削除]
定期メンテナンスにあわせて、使用率の高い解析サーバのローカル
ディスク、および NFS ディスク領域の定期データ削除を実施します。
重要なファイルはバックアップをお取り下さい。
(削除対象ファイル)
/wk* (ローカル), /lfs* (NFS 領域)内, ctime で12か月経過

今回のデータ削除対象領域は下記の通りです。
/lfs01, /lfs02, /lfs04, /lfs06, /lfs07, /lfs08, /lfs09,
/lfs10, /lfs11, /lfs12, /lfs13, /lfs15, /lfs16
/wkm11,/wkh02, /wkh04, /wkh11

[システム修正/改善、ソフトウェアインストール/アップデート]
今回のメンテナンスで下記作業を実施予定です。

- AnyConnect (4.10.08025 -> 5.1.2.42)
- RHEL yum 適用
- PBSバージョンアップ(2022.1.3 -> 2024.1.0)
[備考]
システムリプレース時期が近づいています。
ファイルの整理や新システムへのデータ移行準備をお願いします。

This is a notice of the maintenance work scheduled for April 15.
The system is unavailable during the maintenance work.

Date: Monday, April 15, 2024, 9:00 -- 21:00 (JST)
[Periodic data deletion]
Periodic data deletion of local and NFS disk areas with high usage is
performed during the maintenance work.
It is recommended to back up your important data.
(Target files to be deleted)
in /wk* (local disk) and /lfs* (NFS disk), 12 months passed (on "ctime")

A system replacement for the MDAS is scheduled soon.
Please organize your files and prepare to migrate to the new system.
