CASA packages including pipeline.

October 17, 2023, 13:00-14:00 (JST)
[Note]
- CASA 6.5.4 (casa-6.5.4-9-pipeline-2023.1.0.124) and
CASA 6.4.1 patch (casa-6.4.1-12-pipeline-2022.2.0.68)
packages will be installed.
- casa-pipeline will be updated (casa-pipeline-0.7.0-beta)
- This installation will not affect the other versions
of CASA and any other software on the system.
