Cannot connect to the VPN server

In some cases, antivirus software may prevent connecting to the VPN server.

In that case, try to tune the settings of the antivirus software.
It may be possible to connect by setting to exclude VPN client software (Cisco Secure Client) from the management of antivirus software.

It is very dangerous to always disable antivirus software.
