Cannot connect to VPN from a new PC

I bought a new PC and installed the VPN client software,
but I cannot connect to the VPN server.
A.
Please confirm the version of the VPN client software and
the version of the OS on your new PC.
There is a possibility that the new version is no longer supported.
If you need the latest version of the VPN client software for the MDAS,
please contact the MDAS administrator group.
