多波長データ解析システムユーザのみなさま、
Dear MDAS users,

日頃より多波長データ解析システムの運用へのご協力をありがとう
ございます。

リプレース後の新システムにおける、一人のユーザが同時に利用で
きる CPU リソース量のガイドラインを下記のように定めました。

[ユーザ１人による同時利用の最大目安]
  - mana00 では対話的使用を優先するため、最大4コア
  - mana[01-07] の各サーバでは最大16コア
  - MDAS 全体での1ユーザの同時使用は、合計で最大80コアまで

Thank you for using the MDAS.
This is to inform you of the new policy for CPU resources available 
to a single user.

[New guidelines]
  A single user can use
   - up to 4 cores on mana00, because mana00 prioritizes interactive use.
   - up to 16 cores per server in mana[01-07].
   - up to a total of 80 cores simultaneously across the entire system.
