The operation of the year-end and new year holidays.

Dear LSC users,

This is a notice about the operation of the
year-end and new year holidays.

We will not support during the following period:

 Saturday, December 26, 2020 ~ Monday, January 4, 2020 (JST)
 (including both days).

The system will continue to operate during those days,
however any troubleshooting activities including reboot
of the system won't be done.

The year-end and new year period for inquiries regarding
hscPipe and HSC data analysis of this system is as per
the calendar, but it may take some time to respond.

大規模解析システムユーザの皆様、

年末年始の運用についてのお知らせです。

下記の期間、休日対応といたします。

 年末年始期間：2020年12月26日(土) 〜 2020年1月4日(月)

上記期間中もシステムは利用可能ですが、トラブル対応は
1月5日(火)以降となります。

なお、本システムのhscPipe及びHSCデータ解析に関する
問い合わせの年末年始期間は、カレンダー通りですが
対応には時間がかかる可能性がございます。

ご理解ご協力をよろしくお願いいたします。
